Finca de Altura 2023 is a high-altitude Tempranillo from Dominio Basconcillos in Ribera del Duero.
Sourced from vineyards at 940–960 metres, it combines ripeness with freshness, shaped by warm days and cool nights during the growing season.
Aged for 8 months in French and American oak, the wine shows bright red and black fruit layered with spice, light toast and a subtle mineral edge.
The palate is smooth and rounded, with ripe tannins and balanced acidity giving lift and drinkability. Expect raspberry, blackberry and gentle oak complexity, with a fresh, persistent finish.
Modern in style but grounded in Ribera structure, this is a versatile, food-friendly red.
