Cardo Organic Red 2021 is the entry to Quinta do Cardo, a fully organic estate in Beira Interior where altitude keeps the wines fresh and balanced.
A reliable, well-made red that works across a range of dishes and doesn’t need overthinking.
Made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca, it is built around bright red fruit, gentle spice and clean acidity. The structure is light but defined, so it holds its shape with food rather than feeling soft or heavy.
