Cardo Organic Red 2021 is an organic red wine from Beira Interior, Portugal, produced by Quinta do Cardo.

Made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca, it is fermented at 24°C to preserve varietal expression, with partial ageing in French oak barrels.

Expect ripe red fruit, gentle spice and balanced structure with freshness typical of high-altitude vineyards.
