A structured, mature Pommard combining dark fruit depth, fine tannins and a long, savoury finish.
With bottle age already integrated, this offers the complexity of mature Burgundy without the need for further cellaring.
A clear step up from village-level Burgundy, offering greater concentration, structure and the complexity of age, now fully open and ready to drink.
From a well-situated hillside vineyard above the village, Pommard is one of the Côte de Beaune’s most structured and age-worthy red wine appellations.
Dark cherry and plum fruit sit alongside savoury, earthy notes and subtle spice. The tannins are fine but present, giving structure without heaviness, leading to a long, composed and gently savoury finish.
Meuriot Cameron is a micro-négociant based in Beaune, run by Alex Meuriot and Julieta Cameron, working with fruit from their own vineyards. Imported to the UK exclusively by WineVistas.
