San Román 2021 is a powerful, structured red from Toro made by Bodegas San Román, led by Mariano García.
Produced from old-vine Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo), it is aged for 24 months in oak, delivering depth, intensity and precision.
Expect dark, concentrated fruit layered with spice, graphite and liquorice, supported by firm, polished tannins. This is a serious, full-bodied wine with real presence.
Decant if drinking now, or cellar for further development.
