A Grand Cru champagne made and bottled in Verzy by Champagne Cuperly for the Caroline Dufour label in Reims. One 75cl bottle, made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru villages.
Tiny bubbles show the finesse of this very elegant Grand Cru from the Montagne de Reims. Bright citrus, apple and peach sit over brioche and toast. Fermentation in 300-litre oak and three years on the lees provide depth, while blocked malolactic fermentation and a 6 g/l dosage retain freshness.
In May 2026 this wine was placed first in a blind tasting against Champagnes from well-known houses, at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London.

Grand Cru vineyards on deep chalk, 95% Montagne de Reims and 5% Côte des Blancs, in Verzy, Verzenay and Le Mesnil.
Made from two thirds wine from the current harvest, one third reserve wines aged in oak.
Three years on the lees in bottle. Dosage: Brut, 6 g/l.
