Quinta da Boa Esperança Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a crisp, mineral-driven white from the Lisboa region of Portugal, shaped by Atlantic influence and careful, low-intervention winemaking.
Planted at altitude and harvested for freshness, the wine leans away from the tropical, high-aroma style of Sauvignon Blanc and instead delivers a tighter, more refined profile — citrus, green apple and subtle stone fruit, underpinned by clean acidity and a lightly saline finish.
There’s a clarity and restraint here that will appeal to drinkers of Sancerre, Pouilly Fumé or Loire Sauvignon, making it an easy but intelligent choice both on its own and at the table.
